EFS Module Support Teams
The Module Support Teams are part of the Controller's Office and are responsible for serving the needs of the business process owners of the enterprise financial system. The Module Support Teams are committed to providing leadership in the evolution of an automated financial management system that is reliable, cost-effective, and easy to use. The EFS Customer Support team is part of the Controller's Office and is responsible for serving the users of the enterprise financial system. The Customer Support team provides:
The University Financial Helpline is your first call for issues concerning the financial system, or any financial transaction at the University. We have a thorough knowledge of accounting, and can help callers with document or transaction problems, wrong vendor payments, under/over-payments, overall questions about the system, completing paper documents, getting copies of access contracts or request packets, reading reports, reprinting reports, general questions about how the system works, etc.
Contact the University Financial Helpline to put you in touch with a business analyst if you want to request a new interface to the financial system, suggestions for major undertakings, personnel issues, comments about the department or staff, etc. Calls to the helpline are sometimes referred to a business analyst for more in-depth investigation, problem resolution, etc.
